Job Summary

Sales and Marketing Manager with strong potential for growth into a General Manager role. The ideal candidate should be an industry expert with in-depth knowledge of product categories, such as household appliances, solar energy solutions, and water treatment systems.

Job Responsibilites

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities across target markets.
Lead initiatives to enter new markets and strengthen presence in existing territories.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set long-term strategic goals and operational plans.
Provide strong leadership to sales, marketing, and business development teams to meet performance targets.
Identify, onboard, and manage distribution partners and channel networks.
Design partnership models to enhance product reach and brand presence.
Define customer experience strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
Oversee brand positioning initiatives to differentiate products in competitive markets.
Lead the management of high-value product portfolios, ensuring alignment with market needs and business priorities.
Coordinate with product and marketing teams for go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle management.
Track KPIs, market trends, and performance metrics to guide business decisions.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
