Description:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth. The role is highly data-driven and ROI-focused, with primary responsibility for managing paid media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, improving conversion funnels, and maximizing return on marketing spend across digital channels.
KEY DUTIES
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, display advertising, and other performance marketing platforms
- Monitor and report campaign performance against key business metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and conversion funnels to improve campaign efficiency and performance
- Identify trends, customer insights, and optimization opportunities to improve acquisition and retention strategies
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with external vendors, clients etc to amplify ongoing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external vendors to execute and optimize marketing campaigns
- Track website and campaign metrics daily to ensure continuous growth and performance improvement
- Evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies, trends, and tools, providing recommendations for adoption where necessary
- Ensure efficient budget allocation and optimization across campaigns to maximize marketing performance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing with strong paid media experience
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience with ROI analysis, web analytics, attribution models, and campaign reporting
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer funnel analysis
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies
- Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and growth marketing strategies
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, best practices, and tools in performance marketing and digital advertising
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Copywriting and ad content optimization skills are an added advantage
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Marketing or any related field.
