Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Malta Government Endeavour Scholarship, applicants must:
Be a Maltese or international student
Intend to pursue a Master’s or PhD (MQF Level 7 or 8) in Malta
Not already hold a qualification at the same level they are applying for
Not be currently enrolled in a PhD (if applying for PhD funding)
