Call for Applications: School Builder Lab Opens Doors to Teachers, Educators

Teachers, school owners and education administrators across Nigeria have been invited to apply for the School Builder Lab (SBL), a practical training programme designed to strengthen leadership, improve school systems and drive measurable growth in schools.

The organisers say the initiative comes at a time when many schools are grappling with weak operational structures, low enrolment growth and limited staff productivity. According to them, the programme is structured to provide hands-on solutions that participants can implement immediately.

SBL will focus on equipping participants with essential skills in school leadership, effective management systems, team building and strategies for improving enrolment and overall school performance.

“This is not a theory-based training. It is designed to help education leaders build schools that work — with the right systems, structure and people,” the organisers said in a statement.
