Job Description

Hiring: Client Onboarding Officer (Travel Industry)

Job Type: Full-time/Hybrid
Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
Location: Ibadan Central Business Area

Overview
The ideal candidate will support clients through their Onboarding process and provide visa guidance, ensuring a smooth start to clients travel journey.

Requirements:
– Experience working in a travel agency
– 2yrs experience in customer management
– Hands-on experience in visa guidance
– Strong client communication skill.
