Esther Arhin, a young and passionate accounting professional from Ghana, has been awarded the prestigious Prodigy Finance Scholarship to pursue a Master of Professional Accountancy in the United States.
Esther brings with her a solid background in finance, having previously worked with Ernst & Young (EY), and holds a degree from the University of Education, Winneba. Her ambition is not only to earn advanced qualifications but also to contribute to the growth and ethical transformation of Ghana’s financial sector.
The scholarship from Prodigy Finance represents more than just financial assistance—it is an endorsement of Esther’s potential to lead change in her field. Her studies at Georgia State University will strengthen her technical expertise and broaden her global outlook, equipping her to deliver value through consultancy and mentorship in Ghana’s evolving business landscape.
In her own words:
“I am excited to be a winner of this prestigious scholarship. This will help me achieve my dream of becoming a professional accountant. This award will not only benefit me but also the accounting industry in Ghana, as they will benefit from the knowledge I have acquired from my graduate studies through employment and consultancy services.”
