Hiring: Quality Control Officer
Company:NaxaWellness
Location : Lagos
NaxaWellness is looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to ensure that all products meet our internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality across raw materials, production, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and verify raw materials before production
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs
Conduct quality checks on finished products (powders, teas, supplements)
Ensure proper documentation of all QA/QC processes
Identify defects or inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area
Work closely with the production team to improve product consistency
Ensure compliance with NAFDAC and internal quality standards
Requirements
Background in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
1–3 years experience in QA/QC (FMCG, food
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Understanding of quality control processes and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in Lagos (Island preferred)
