Babcock University Alumni and industry experts recently shared valuable success tips with the Coral Graduating Class of 2024, emphasizing the importance of a solution-oriented mindset.
During the “A Day with Stars” programme, part of the 2024 graduation ceremony activities, the panelists encouraged the graduates to adopt courage, self-belief, motivation, and determination to achieve success.
The panelists, comprising Kanyinsola Mba, Rita Bandoh, Mr. Ogra ‘Tega, Dr. Bode Oguntoke, Dr. Daniel Olugbenga, and Mr. Clemson Ayegbusi, shared their personal experiences, stressing the significance of trusting in God and recognizing the opportunities provided by the university to interact with industry experts and build a network.
They advised the graduates not to limit themselves to their degree or course of study, but to explore their passions and build a career around them.
“Remember, your degree may not determine your career path. Discover what you love, and you’ll be more likely to achieve huge success,” they counseled.
President/Vice Chancellor Professor Ademola Tayo urged the Coral graduating class to seize the opportunities provided by the “A Day with Stars” program to network and interact with the panelists. He encouraged the graduates to remain versatile, explore various interests, and carve a niche for themselves, emphasizing that the sky is wide enough for everyone to shine without colliding.
