Eligibility:

Candidates must have lost one or both parents and must have completed their secondary education within the last two years (after August 1, 2022), or expect to finish before February 9, 2024. Other key requirements include being born after September 1, 2001, being ranked in the top 10% of their class, and demonstrating proficiency in English, French, or Portuguese. Candidates must also show a strong commitment to returning to Sub-Saharan Africa after graduation and contributing to societal development.
