The Digital Higher Education Africa (DHEA) Summit 2025 will be officially launched today during a virtual press conference from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM (WAT), organised by Argyle IT & Education.
Key Highlights of the Press Conference:
Solikume Joel, Senior Executive at Argyle IT & Education, will open the session with an introduction to the vision behind DHEA and Argyle’s role in advancing digital education in Africa.
Opeyemi Ibukun, CEO of Argyle IT & Education, will explore the challenges Africa faces in digital education and the summit’s potential to address these issues.
Dr Mayowa Afe, Managing Director of Danvic Petroleum, will discuss the role of funding and collaboration in driving digital transformation.
Professor Babs, Director at iFlow, will highlight how digital tools are accelerating research in Africa’s higher education sector.
Dr Jide of LOJ Education will discuss how EdTech is enhancing access to quality education for African students.
Toochi Abiahu, Event Director, will give an exclusive preview of what to expect at DHEA 2025, including summit themes, innovation showcases, and special programmes.
Following the presentations, a media Q&A will provide journalists with an opportunity to interact directly with the speakers.
