Overview
The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has launched the Digital Literacy For All Program (DL4All), a free online training initiative aimed at equipping young Nigerians with essential digital skills.
In partnership with the Federal Ministry of Education, the program ensures every student—from primary to tertiary levels—graduates with 21st-century digital competencies.
Program Objectives
DL4All is designed to:

Bridge the digital divide across Nigeria’s 774 Local Government Areas.
