Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a national of an ADB borrowing member country
Not hold dual citizenship with any developed country
Hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a strong academic record
Have at least two years of full-time work experience post-graduation
Be proficient in English (oral and written)
Be under the age of 35 (exceptions may apply)
Be in good health
Agree to return and work in their home country for at least two years post-study
Not be a staff member or close relative of ADB personnel or host institutions
Not be living or working outside their home country
Not be currently enrolled in a graduate program
