The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has approved and disbursed a total of ₦12,068,000 to support eighteen students of the Edo State College of Nursing Sciences, Edo State, for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The payment, recorded on 7th April 2026, is aimed at covering tuition fees and other applicable statutory charges for the beneficiaries.
According to the institution, the intervention ensures that all eighteen students remain in school without financial disruption, allowing them to continue their academic programmes smoothly.
The support is part of efforts to ease the financial burden on students and strengthen access to education in the health sector under the renewed education financing framework.
