The Directorate Affairs Officer of the Daily Part-Time (DPT) programme at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Mr Tunji Adeyanju, has issued a strict directive mandating all National Diploma (ND) II students to present proof of their ND I registration before they can be cleared for examinations.
This directive was contained in an internal memorandum released and signed by Mr Adeyanju on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
According to the memo, the submission of the “COPY B” of the ND I registration form is compulsory for the ongoing examination clearance process, which is a prerequisite for participating in the 2024/2025 First Semester Examinations.
“No student will be allowed to sit for the examinations without presenting the required documentation,” the memo stated.
The Directorate warned that no excuses would be entertained for failure to comply with the directive, stressing that students who do not meet the requirement will be barred from writing their examinations.
All ND II DPT students have been urged to adhere strictly to the directive and submit the necessary documents without delay.
