The Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy has announced the return of its Build-A-Thon Holiday Camp for young Nigerians aged 10 to 18.
In a notice shared on Tuesday, the ministry called on parents and guardians to register their wards for the programme, which focuses on developing digital and problem-solving skills.
The five-day camp is scheduled to hold from April 20 to April 24, 2026, and will expose participants to coding, robotics, hardware systems, and the Internet of Things through hands-on learning.
According to the ministry, the programme will take place in multiple locations, including Enugu, Lagos, Ogun, the Federal Capital Territory, Delta, and Kano.
Participants will engage in practical sessions designed to build innovation skills, with training delivered by technology experts.
The ministry noted that the initiative is part of efforts to bridge the digital skills gap among young Nigerians and prepare them for future opportunities in the tech space.
Parents and guardians are advised to complete the online registration form available on the ministry’s official platforms to secure participation.
