About the Lafarge Technical Skills Development Programme
The Lafarge TSDP is a non-residential, tuition-free technical training programme targeted at Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders. It combines classroom instruction with rigorous hands-on practical sessions across multiple technical disciplines.
Successful candidates will also receive a token monthly allowance to support basic out-of-pocket expenses throughout the training period.
