Many people frequently use the word “Value” without considering its tangible or even intangible meaning, offering, or understanding. Value possesses importance, consequences, honor, impact, and other attributes. I found that there is a strong correlation between the “Accruement of Value” and the value of management and leadership, as well as how these occupations grow into being graceful, great, and powerful.
Value proposition, updating, upgrading, and utilization need to be handled, managed, and then kept in a reasonable, material, and spiritually safe way. Can you figure out why? A person’s character, integrity, traits, and personality are typically tested by complex issues and difficult situations in life—that is, if they are not the result of witchcraft, sorcery, demonized manipulations, mistakes, and the likes.
Primarily, this examination serves as a channel and stage for producing value, enhancing and strengthening an individual’s dignity, sanctification, and integrity for “The Reason for The Purpose” within their spirit (Psalm 25 vs 21). To fulfill their life’s purpose and pursue their destinies, people’s lives, families, governments of businesses, and cares are all designed to develop and enrich their communities. From what I understand, this is the way God has commanded the earth and everything on it to act. As a result, both men and women included, do live, and work according to the laws, customs, and guidelines established by divinity for the world of earth; that human beings are created to be fruitful, multiplying, ruling, and dominating to populate the earth.
As a result, we add and enhance values during our reigns. These principles can be divided into two primary categories: the central tenets or values of the principles and the central ideologies of the principles, which I will write about in my monologues on another day. Still, allow me to discuss the value of life, which I refer to as The Accruement of Value.
A great number of people—some from very humble families, heritages, estates, legacies, and peoples—have improved in their collections of goods, assets, events and topics, tangibles, entitlements to glory, and honor to amass respectable names, families, properties, and even positions in life. They also enjoy high regard and elite respect in society because of their enhanced and hopefully continuing performances, substances, attributes, and values in their various endeavours and offerings.
In the words of the common man, the real question is, “What is value?” And how do these values manifest and integrate into his or her personality, traits, and aspirations to produce the expected outcomes and glorious manifestations that the individual and the family hope for? Thus, when I was motivated to write about the “Accruement of Value(s)”, I started by elucidating the true meaning of this grammatical term. I also want young people to understand the significance of adhering to the paths in life that demand favor and fruitfulness in addition to hard work, integrity, uprightness, honour, respect, loyalty, honesty, patience, endurance, and humility because I want the message of my monologue to truly influence their perspectives on glory. wealth creation, prosperity and long life.
I also asked myself a few questions in the hopes that knowing the answers would help me comprehend the actions that will strengthen our collective, family, and individual aspirations to add to and accumulate the values of our human civilization and the ways in which our faith, belief, empathy, and even prayer will be expressed. Does value just happen to everyone or does it need to be created, and if so, how does it do so? Furthermore, when do they arrive and what characteristics do they have, if any? Of course, values have their own domains, proportions, and divine anointings, but the following unambiguously stated principles also constitute part of their scope:
1. Priorities
2. Demands
3. Entitlements
4. Determinations
5. Tangibility and Intangibles
6. Market and Non-Market Appraisals
7. Ambitions, Aspiration and Trust
8. Humility, Love and Faith
9. Hope, Strategies and Action Plans, among others.
Thus, please consider the following when determining these areas:
1. An individual’s perspectives on life, family, and home.
2. The nature, disposition, characteristics, and conduct of an individual; and
3. The moral uprightness of an individual and their community.
I have learned that any highly valued individual must, in the end, be an individual who is devoted to knowledge, sound doctrine, and teachings on capacity, wisdom, and understanding. They also need to be supported in the righteousness, peace, and joy found in the Holy Ghost, since it is there that the kingdom of our God is located. To illustrate the wisdom and significance of gatherings, friendships, and relationships, allow me to tell you a little story.
I knew a man who poured out his heart and soul into his prayers and Scripture confessions. Although he did not know the exact door to which he could use this crucial key or did not want to use it, he shared my belief in the efficacy of prayer as well as in Godly righteousness, peace, and joy found in the Holy Ghost. I repeatedly tried to explain to him and point him to the Bible’s truth that, despite God’s love for humanity, certain pillars must be followed, including prayer, working hard, well and smart, as well as doing good deeds, worship, tithing, and sacrifice, and so on that applies the wisdom and power of divinity to support the works of humanity. And, that loving your neighbor as yourself and other acts as not keeping bitterness in one’s heart all invite God’s favor inside
And this opens the doors and gates of life’s sovereignty to God’s blessings, but he still refused to comply. His social, marital, financial, educational, and mental health conditions are all not satisfactory. Though highly and spiritually strong in many spiritual fields, he is sound in human terms but not wise in God’s wisdom. He has right now suffered greatly in his goals, requirements, and aspirations due to this issue of misinterpreting the gospel of Christ, which may have resulted from his incorrect interpretation of the Scriptures and lack of effective leadership in his religious teaching. It is not attainable to greatly increase one’s value of life in this world in terms of its relevance, significance, results, possessions. and attributes by only praying and worshiping God. And do not get me wrong. God wants humans to use their brains, too. Come along to understand more.
Additionally, you must do the following:
1. You must study, learn, and do evidence-based research before asking God and learned men for their blessing.
2. Current, reliable, and fact-based wisdom and knowledge must be acquired.
Developing positive and honorable attitudes, beliefs, and self- and family-respect are among the many things you should work on.
4. It is important that you create favorable perceptions and environments about yourself, your loved ones, your friends, and other people and things in an appropriate, genuine, truthful, and genuine way.
5. As required, and on a regular basis, you must consciously present the reflections of the soundness of your actions and thoughts (John 15:7-8).
6. Every day, week, month, quarter, and year, you have to ascertain the kinds and degrees of information, convictions, discernment, favors, and possessions you ought to possess.
7. To draw in people and things that will help you become even more empowered, enlightened, and powerful, you have to want it, work for it, pray for it, claim it, declare it, and use it.
And what forms, patterns, and details of your destiny must you gather to increase your value of grace and favor through kindness and compassion of blessings, safety, and protection? It became clear to me that an individual’s upbringing, social circles, and connections with objects, people, and the culture of their primary lands, domains, and spheres of influence—marriages, ministries, families, and organizations—can accrue the forms, styles, and dimensions of that person’s value.
Can we assert that the categories of accruing value are numerous? Sure. Essentially, there are three categories of value:
1. Human value via labor, prayer, and by self-determination, and other discoveries
2. Supernatural Value through deeds carried out by people who are guided by the grace and power of anointings, as well as by principal and heavenly enablement.
3. Divine value, which is limited to the things which the Almighty God created and that is made possible by heavenly favor, grace, and mercy. Seeking greater significance, effectiveness, influence, and impact, individuals should focus on these three primary forms of value in their life goals:
1. Short-term value, which is individualized but can be selfish and greedy.
2. Medium-Term Value: This kind of value is mostly sought after by those who have big plans for their personal, professional, and familial lives.
3. Long-Term Value: These are often made possible by individuals with a divinely mandated hope and are often created for blessings that will extend across generations.
My dear friend, to be valuable in life, you must follow certain unambiguous precepts found in the Bible, the spirit, good mentoring, apprenticeship, craftsmanship, parenting, coaching, training, and development, in addition to our practice, efforts, guidance, support, love, offerings, sacrifices, labor, thoughts, acts, and deeds, and so forth.
But keep in mind that for everyone’s value to be realized and for their basic benefits, tangibles, and services to be discovered, the value or values must be approved by the Word of God upon that person, and by adherence and practice of the fundamental laws and standards of humanity that governs that word upon the person. Furthermore, remember that smart core values, principles, as well as scriptural, guardian, parental, oversight, leadership, managerial orientation, training and development plus tangible and relevant intercessory prayer, and spiritual endowment all collaborate to sustain sound moral principles, good attitudes and ethical behaviours that grow, increase, sustain and regenerate the accruements of value (1 Tim 4 vs 8, Phil 2 vs 3, Prov 10 vs 2, 20, Gal 5 vs 6, Luke 12 vs 6-7, 24, Matt 6 vs 26). So, develop your mindsets, virtues, and values. And above all, please pray!
