The UCL Global Undergraduate Scholarship aims to support international students from low-income backgrounds in pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree at University College London (UCL) in the UK.
Scholarship Benefits
A total of 33 scholarships will be awarded for the 2025/26 academic session:
10 full scholarships covering:
Tuition fees
Maintenance allowance
Fixed allowance (for Immigration Health Surcharge and visa fees)
23 scholarships covering full tuition fees only
3 additional tuition-only scholarships for students from India
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be from a country outside the UK
Be eligible to pay overseas fees
Come from a low-income household (see UCL’s definition)
Have applied for a full-time undergraduate degree at UCL for the 2025/26 academic year

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)
1. Apply for admission to a full-time undergraduate course at UCL.
2. Log in to Portico (UCL’s application portal).
3. Click on ‘View’ for your Active Application.
4. Navigate to the Funding tab at the top of the page.
5. Click “Check and apply” under “Funds Available” to find and apply for eligible scholarships.
