Popular Nigerian gospel singer Toluwanisings has reportedly died, according to reports emerging on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

Expressing grief over the development, Olajengbesi lamented the increasing reports of young Nigerians dying unexpectedly and called for God’s mercy.
“My God! What a life! No, Lord! We plead for Your mercy upon Toluwanisings,” he wrote.
He added that he was deeply troubled by the deaths of young people, saying, “This is not God’s plan for us. We say no to untimely death!”
The circumstances surrounding the singer’s reported death remain unclear as of the time of filing this report.
Singer Survived Ghastly Accident in July
The development comes about three months after Toluwanisings and members of his crew survived a serious road accident involving their band’s bus and a fully loaded trailer.
The accident occurred on July 11, 2026, as the team was returning from a gospel ministration.
Following the incident, the singer shared pictures of the damaged vehicle on social media and expressed gratitude to God for preserving their lives.
He attributed their survival to divine intervention, writing that “when the enemy came like a flood, the spirit of the Lord raised a standard against them”.
However, there is no confirmed information linking the earlier accident to the singer’s reported death.
Further details about the circumstances surrounding his death are awaited.
