The management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has directed students yet to complete their registration for the 2025/2026 academic session to do so immediately or risk being barred from the forthcoming mid-semester Computer-Based Examination (CBE).
The directive was contained in an internal memorandum issued by the Office of the Registrar and signed by the Registrar, Mr. Abiodun O. Oloyede, on August 10, 2026.
According to the institution, a significant number of students are yet to complete their registration despite the expiration of the registration period. Management therefore urged affected students to finalise their registration and settle all outstanding fees without further delay.
The Polytechnic warned that students who fail to regularise their registration status will not be allowed to participate in the upcoming mid-semester CBE.
The Registrar also cautioned students against abusing the institution’s instalment payment arrangement, stressing that the concession should not be taken for granted.
The memorandum added that appropriate sanctions would be imposed on students who fail to comply with the directive.
The notice applies to both full-time and part-time students, who have been advised to complete all registration requirements ahead of the examination period.
