April-June 2025: Gather Application Documents:
– Academic Transcript
– Academic CV
– Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
– Contact Details of your Referees (Recommenders) , which should be listed on your Academic CV
-Write TOEFL/IELTS/GRE to increase your chances.
June-August 2025:
-Start sending non-generic emails to professors (Cold Mails)
– Identify potential supervisors
– Align your interests with their research areas
– Send cold mails
August – September 2025
– Pencil down schools to apply to
– Get all the requirements set
– Enumerate your fit for the programme
– Write GRE/English Tests/WES Evaluation if you have not.
September 2025 – March 2026:
– Apply for Admission/Scholarship
– Attend interviews
– Attend virtual open days
March-May 2026: Prepare to travel
