Hiring: Area Sales Manager at Heirs Insurance Group

Salary: 350,000 + Commission and Manager Bonus

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies, lead sales teams to achieve targets, and establish relationships with clients to grow the business. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, overseeing account management, analyzing market trends, and providing guidance to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal departments to ensure successful strategy execution and customer-oriented results.

Qualifications
• Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong leadership abilities, team management, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for new business growth and drive revenue
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Experience in insurance and financial services is an advantage

Experience
• Must have work as a Manager in General insurance company.
• Minimum experience 3-4 years as Manager in General Business.
• Must have the Ability to recruit marketers to work with him/her.
• Must have a General Business portfolio on direct/Brokers businesses.
