Where you’ll create impact
- Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles
- Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
- Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies
- Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
- Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)
- Deep sourcing expertise – you find talent beyond inbound
- Analytical: you track what’s working and manage against KPIs

Compensation & Benefits
- Equity: $40,000 – $65,000 USD
- Base salary: $120,000 – $170,000 USD
- Variable compensation: $15,000 – $60,000 USD
