Hiring: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Salary: N200,000 – N250,000
Location: Osapa London, Lekki.
Reports To: Managing Director/Creative Director
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to grow our brand presence and drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. If you live on social, understand what makes content go viral, and know how to turn likes into sales, this role is for you.
You’ll own our social media strategy from content planning to execution and reporting. Your goal is to build a strong, consistent brand voice, grow our following, and convert audiences into customers for both our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, create, and oversee a content calendar for all platforms
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and sales
• Manage paid ad campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and ROI
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to keep us ahead
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Track performance using analytics tools and report insights with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and the creative intern to produce high-quality content

Job Requirements:
• B.Sc or HND graduate in Mass communication, Public relation or any other related field
• 2-3 years proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or fashion business
• Basic design/video editing skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite is a MUST
• Strong portfolio showing growth, engagement, and campaign results
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Must be experienced in copywriting and storytelling.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
