Hiring: Social Media & Customer Support Manager
Swimwear Brand | ₦100,000/month + Monthly Data Stipend | Primarily Remote
We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media & Customer Support Manager to join our team.
This role is primarily remote, with in-person content days/brand events once a month in Lagos (Lekki)
Responsibilities
* Manage our social media platforms
* Create and edit engaging photo/video content
* Assist during content shoots/pop-up events
* Deliver excellent customer service online and in person
Requirements
* Based in Lagos
* Strong iPhone photography/videography and editing skills (CapCut or similar)
* Excellent written communication and customer service skills
* Friendly, organized and confident
* Good eye for aesthetics and social media trends
