Hiring: Social Media / Content Creator Assistant (Female)

Remote, Nigeria

We are looking for a Female creative and reliable Social Media Content Creator Assistant based in Nigeria for a part-time, remote role.
You will support the creation and posting of content for Instagram and TikTok. Sometimes you will receive detailed content and direction, while other times you may receive a topic or idea and be expected to use your creativity to develop it into engaging content.

Content Schedule
The role requires 2 posts per day, Monday–Friday:
• 1 Instagram post
• 1 TikTok post
Content may include short-form videos, carousels, graphics, educational content, lifestyle content, and other formats appropriate for each platform.

What You’ll Do
• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok
• Create carousels and social media graphics
• Write or refine captions and hooks
• Prepare and publish content
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Use creativity and initiative when developing content from a topic or idea

What We’re Looking For
• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Ability to create clean, engaging carousels and graphics
• Experience using Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut
• Good written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines
• Creativity and ability to work from both detailed direction and general topics
• Reliability and ability to work independently

Compensation
₦70,000–₦90,000 per month, inclusive of data allowance.
Final compensation within this range will depend on experience and demonstrated content-creation skills.
