Hiring: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE (FEMALE)

Compensation: ₦120,000 monthly
Location: Ibadan (Onsite)

Frontrow Media is an officially certified TikTok agency focused on discovering, managing, and developing digital talent. We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing support to clients and creators, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across our operations.

Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
* Provide accurate information about company services and processes
* Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
* Support client onboarding and account management processes
* Ensure timely communication with customers and creators
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned
* Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience

Requirements
* Female, aged 18–28 years
* Good appearance and positive attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Open-minded and strong interpersonal skills
* Outgoing, personable, and relationship-oriented
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong confidence speaking with people both physically and online
* Comfortable appearing on camera when required
* Energetic personality with strong presentation and engagement skills
* Interest in social media, live streaming, content creation, or digital entertainment is an added advantage

Work Schedule
* Monday to Saturday
* Onsite role based in Ibadan
