Hiring: HR & Administrative Officer

Frontrow Media is an officially certified TikTok agency focused on discovering, managing, and developing digital talent. We are looking for a smart, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Administrative Officer.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, adaptable, and able to manage recruitment, staff coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations in a fast-paced media environment.

Responsibilities
●Manage recruitment processes and interview scheduling
●Coordinate onboarding and staff documentation
●Maintain employee records, attendance, and administrative files
●Support staff coordination and workplace organization
●Assist with internal communication and daily office administration
●Support general office coordination and operational activities
●Assist management with administrative and organizational tasks
●Participate in internal team activities and support cross-department coordination when required

Requirements
●Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
●Good communication and interpersonal skills
●Strong organizational and administrative abilities
●Ability to handle confidential information professionally
●Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
●Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
●Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage

Salary
₦120,000 monthly
Location: Ibadan (Onsite)
