VACANCY: FEMALE HR MANAGER

Location: Alaba International Market, Lagos
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 Net per month

Job Description:
HAMTEM Solar Energy Ltd, a leading solar energy company, is seeking a competent and proactive Female HR Manager to oversee all HR functions and drive people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit process
2. Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws
3. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
4. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR records
5. Drive staff engagement, performance management, and culture initiatives

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 4 years HR experience, preferably in energy, manufacturing, or technical industry
3. Professional HR certification is a must: CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent
4. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
6. Must reside in close proximity to Alaba International Market, Lagos
