Hiring: Sales Operations Representative

Location: Lagos (HYBRID)

Primary Objective:

-To manage customer Interactions

-To process gift card trade inquiries/Transactions

-To maintain customer relationships & activate dormant customers

-To protect company assets while operating through the company’s WhatsApp sales platform.

EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Working Hours: Monday – Sunday (Shift structure for 24/7 coverage)

Compensation Structure:

-Fixed monthly salary

-Performance incentives(first time conversions, commission per trade, customer retention bonuses, monthly performance targets)
