Education advocate, Olasunkanmi Opeifa, is set to convene the fourth edition of the Phenomenon Conference, themed “Built to Last: Building a Sustainable Teaching Career,” aimed at empowering educators to build more fulfilling and resilient careers.
The conference, scheduled for June 27, 2026, will be held at Aduvie Event Centre, with options for both physical and virtual participation to accommodate teachers across Nigeria and beyond.
According to the organisers, Phenomenon 4.0 is uniquely designed to place teachers at the centre of the conversation, shifting focus from students and institutions to the personal and professional wellbeing of educators themselves.
The event will address critical areas affecting teachers, including mental health, financial growth, entrepreneurship, and goal setting. Participants will gain insights on how to maintain personal stability in a demanding profession, build multiple income streams, leverage technology for innovation, and define and achieve career success on their own terms.
Organisers emphasised that the conference is more than a professional gathering, describing it as “an investment in the teacher,” with the goal of raising more fulfilled, financially stable, and impactful educators.
The event will feature seasoned speakers, non-governmental organisations, and development partners, all contributing to a comprehensive learning and networking experience.
All registered participants will receive certificates of participation, with additional announcements expected in the lead-up to the conference.
Phenomenon 4.0 continues a growing tradition of equipping teachers with tools and perspectives needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving education landscape.
