Hiring: Opportunity for Engagement as Associate Analyst In a Learning Management Firm
Location: Maryland, Lagos
An established human capital development firm requires the services of a young, smart, responsible, and focused individual with strong computer literacy to work in the above capacity.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS*
* OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
* Must have completed NYSC, where applicable.
DUTIES
The core duties of the position include:
* Document and learning materials development and management
* Virtual presentation administration
* Physical training and General office logistics/ administration
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
A) Demonstrable high-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Please do not apply if you do not possess a clearly commanding level of competence with these applications, especially Word and PowerPoint. .
B) Sound grasp of virtual learning applications, especially deploying and managing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet for large meetings.
C) Good knowledge of graphics software, especially CorelDraw or Canva, will be an advantage.
D) Versatility with general modern computer usage and everyday digital communication applications.
E) At least one year post-higher education formal working experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Very clean and well-presented individual
* Solid verbal and written English language competence
* Confident, high-energy, committed individual with sound character
* Residence in close proximity to Maryland and environs
WORK SCHEDULE
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 14 in-office working days per month.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
* ₦80,000 monthly salary
* ₦5,000 per diem for each extra in-office work day
* ₦5,000 monthly data allowance.
* Performance and commitment bonus available
