Are you an experienced insurance marketing professional with a strong network of brokers and a passion for driving business growth?
A leading and rapidly expanding financial services group is seeking three (3) Marketing Officers to spearhead the marketing of general insurance products, strengthen distribution channels, and drive cross-selling opportunities across a diversified portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and marketing campaigns for General Insurance products including Motor, Life, Property, Marine, and Liability Insurance.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with insurance brokers and channel partners.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities across insurance, health, and financing products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions to retail and corporate clients.
• Execute innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies tailored to the Nigerian market.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Insurance Marketing, Business Development, or Broker Management.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
