OilServ Nigeria Limited has announced the commencement of applications for its 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Programme.

The two-year programme is designed to equip young Nigerian graduates with hands-on training, professional development, and practical exposure in the oil and gas sector. Successful candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary and structured career development opportunities.

Programme Overview

The 2026 OilServ Ingenious Graduate Trainee Programme aims to transform high-performing graduates into industry-ready professionals through a blend of technical training, mentorship, and rotational work experience.

Participants will undergo a six-month rotational programme followed by 18 months of specialised development. The initiative focuses on building technical competence, strategic thinking, and leadership capacity within Nigeria’s evolving energy landscape.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have completed NYSC

0–2 years post-NYSC work experience

Not more than 28 years old

Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in:

Engineering

Law

Information Management

Accounting

ESG

Social Sciences

Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles is an added advantage
