The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP to develop the career, personal, and professional skills of young Africans.
The two-month training is designed to equip recent graduates with globally recognized SAP certifications and the soft skills required to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.
At the end of the training, SAP will work closely with program graduates to connect them with employment opportunities within SAP’s ecosystem — including SAP customers and partners.

About the Role
Selected participants will be trained to become SAP Consultants — a role divided into two main functions: Functional and Technical.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of SAP S/4HANA projects.
Provide business process and functional expertise, ensuring clients get maximum value from SAP software and services.
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
About SAP S/4HANA Cloud:
An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system powered by AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. It enables companies to adopt new business models, manage change quickly, and use predictive analytics for better decision-making.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
Must be currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations.
Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
Business Administration
Management Information Systems
Engineering
Data Science
Preferably graduated within the last three years with a top-quartile GPA (proof may be requested).
Must have a strong interest in pursuing an SAP-related career involving travel.
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
