🔹 FIELD AGENTS (FEMALE) (10 slot)

We are seeking smart, confident, and goal-oriented Female Field Agents to drive customer acquisition, loan onboarding, repayment follow-up, and field operations.

Responsibilities include:
* Client sourcing and onboarding
* Loan repayment monitoring
* Customer relationship management
* Daily field engagement and reporting

Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Previous field or sales experience is an advantage
* Must be proactive, disciplined, and professional
